  • All astrology services are subjective and interpretative in nature

  • Payments made for services are considered final and non-refundable, except in specific cases mentioned below

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Call, Chat, or Video consultations

  • Astrology reports, Kundli, or predictions

  • Puja, rituals, or spiritual services

  • Any digital or downloadable products

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Dissatisfaction with predictions

  • Change of mind

  • Delay caused by user

3. Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases)

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Payment deducted but service not started

  • Technical issues (call drop, app/server failure) from our side

  • Duplicate payment or transaction error

👉 All such cases will be reviewed by our support team before approval.

4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be:

    • Credited to original payment method, OR

    • Added to Kashi Jyotish AI wallet (if applicable)

  • Refund processing time:

    • 5–10 working days (depending on payment provider)

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Provide:

    • Transaction ID

    • Registered phone/email

    • Issue details

⏱️ Request must be raised within 24 hours of the transaction.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Astrology services once started cannot be cancelled

  • Sessions missed due to user unavailability will not be refunded

  • Rescheduling may be allowed (subject to availability)

7. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If Kashi Jyotish offers physical products (e.g., gemstones, yantras):

Refund/replacement allowed only if:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Request raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product is unused and in original packaging

8. Abuse & Fraud Protection

Kashi Jyotish reserves the right to:

  • Reject refund requests in case of misuse

  • Suspend accounts involved in fraudulent claims

9. Final Decision

All refund decisions are made by Kashi Jyotish AI support team and will be final and binding.
